Little Rissington

This development comprised of two individually designed detached properties in the Cotswold village of Little Rissington, an area of AONB.

The site, a former stable block and paddock on the edge of the village was purchased from a local family.

Working closely with the Planning Department at Cotswold District Council and Apex Architecture planning consent was secured to create a development that was sympathetic to its location. Both properties were built to a high specification and include:

• A spacious open plan kitchen diner, living area
• A separate front room with a log burner
• Bifold doors to the downstairs
• A study
• 4 bedrooms (2 ensuites)
• One property comes with a pony paddock

Due to the location of the development it was sensitively designed to complement the surrounding properties. The homes were constructed with Cotswold stone and incorporated local characteristics such as the window styles, porches and gables.

The development commenced in early 2022 and completed in early 2023 with both properties being sold.
